Terms of Service

Effective 12 August 2026. These terms govern use of the CommentKey automated Instagram response and transcription service operated by Andrei Zolin.

Service

CommentKey may respond to specified comments, send a Meta-permitted private reply, wait for confirmation, deliver a requested link, send one configured reminder, and transcribe a public Instagram video submitted by a connected creator. Availability depends on Instagram, Meta and OpenAI APIs, hosting providers, access tokens, rate limits, and platform rules.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. The selected plan, price, currency, included limits, and any amount due are shown before payment. Usage beyond an included limit is blocked until the next billing period or a plan upgrade; separately identified third-party Radar costs are not included in the CommentKey subscription.

You can change your plan, update the payment method, obtain invoices, or cancel through Tariff and limits → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless the checkout or portal states otherwise. We do not provide prorated refunds for a partially used period except where required by applicable law. If payment fails, access may remain available for a short grace period and may then be suspended.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for spam, deception, harassment, unlawful content, unauthorized data collection, or attempts to bypass platform limits. Users may opt out at any time.

No guarantee

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Messages may be delayed, rejected, placed in Message Requests, or unavailable because of platform or network conditions. Nothing delivered through the service is legal, medical, or financial advice unless expressly stated by the resource provider.
